Draft of the forthcoming amendment to the article on production and consumption waste was discussed

A seminar was held at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan with representatives of organizations engaged in procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous scrap, non-ferrous metals.

Seminar participants discussed a draft amendment to Article 13.1 of Federal Law No. 89-FZ dated June 24, 1998 “On Production and Consumption Waste” in terms of setting a cash limit for payments of individuals when selling scrap ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and also issues related to environmental supervision and compliance with environmental requirements.

Entrepreneurs made a number of suggestions and comments that will be submitted to the developers of this bill.
