Lists of municipal property for submission to SMEs were approved in all single-industry towns in 2018

In 2018, lists of property objects for leasing to entrepreneurs were approved in 7 single-industry towns of Tatarstan. The lists were also approved in all municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, in 29 urban and 20 rural settlements of the republic. Currently, the lists include 620 objects of movable and immovable property, which are 57 objects more than in 2017.

All lists of property are posted on the sites of municipalities. You can rent movable and immovable property on preferential terms: the first two years the rent is not charged, in the third year it will be 25% of the total cost, in the fourth - 50%, in the fifth - 75%, and the sixth and subsequent years - 100% of the rental fees.
