The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a socio-economic development rating of municipal districts and urban districts for January-November 2018. According to the rating, Chistopolskiy district improved its performance by 12 positions. Alkeyevskiy rose by 7 points, Yutazinskiy - by 6. These changes are due to a decrease in the level of registered unemployment, an increase in purchasing power of wages and the volume of value added.
Kazan, Almetyevsk and Laishevo still occupy leading positions in the rating.
On a per capita basis, the volume of products shipped averaged 654.19 thousand rubles in the republic. Among the municipalities of the republic, the highest results on this indicator are in Almetyevskiy (4 132.28 thousand rubles), Nizhnekamskiy (1917 thousand rubles) and Novosheshminskiy (1485.13 thousand rubles) districts.
As of December 1, 2018, the registered unemployment rate in the republic was 0.49%. In 29 municipalities, this indicator is below the national average. The lowest unemployment rate was registered in Laishevskiy (0.13%), Aktanyshskiy (0.21%) and Aksubayevskiy (0.25%) districts.
In January-November 2018, 0.54 square meters of the total area of housing per capita was commissionedin the Republic of Tatarstan. The largest area was introduced in Pestrechinskiy (3.816 square meters), Tukayevskiy (2.227 square meters) and Laishevskiy (2.192 square meters) districts.
