Tatarstan entered the highest group of regions following the results of quality of regulatory impact assessmentimplementation for 2018

The Republic of Tatarstan was included in the highest group of regions according to the results of quality of regulatory impact assessment for 2018. The rating results are published on the official website of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

The analysis took into account the legal consolidation and practical experience of the regions of the Russian Federation in the field of regulatory impact assessment, methodological and organizational support of this institution, introduction of regulatory impact assessment in local governments, as well as an independent assessment by the business community, which accounted for 25% of the total points.

The regions were ranked in 4 groups: the highest level (from 80 to 100 points), a good level (from 60 to 79 points), a satisfactory level (from 40 to 59 points) and an unsatisfactory level (from 0 to 39 points). In 2018, the highest group included 36 regions, the group of regions with good results - 33 regions, and satisfactory results - 14 regions.

Based on the results of the quality assessment of regulatory impact assessment procedures, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia prepared an annual report “On development of the institute of regulatory impact assessment in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and local governments in 2018”.
