The Ministry of Economy conducts public consultations on the draft decree of the Government of Russia

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan accepts proposals from business representatives on the draft decree of the Government of the Russian Federation “On approving the list of requirements for technical condition and operation of amusements”. An appeal for public consultation was received from the Department for Regulatory Impact Assessment of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

The draft resolution establishes the basic concepts, general technical requirements for amusement rides and requirements for their operation in relation:

- to the appearance and content of amusements, including forms and types of amusement (translational, rotational and complex motion, autodrome, carting, inflatable rides, water rides);

- to fences, installation and placement of amusements;

- to duties of operating personnel, etc.

In addition, the draft resolution establishes the forms of logs of daily admission of an amusement to operation, accounting for maintenance and repairs.
