The Republic of Tatarstan entered the group of regions with a high level of efficiency in organizing the MFC network activities

The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia has formed a rating of regions for the work of the MFC. The quarterly rating is a comprehensive assessment of activities of executive authorities of constituent entities of the Russian Federation on creation and development of the My Documents network of centers. It demonstrates compliance with requirements of the current legislation regulating the operation of MFC and the relevant guidelines. Constituent entities of the Russian Federation are assessed according to a number of indicators, including the proportion of citizens who have access to government and municipal services on the “one window” principle, the number of services from the mandatory list provided at the MFC, compliance with the rules of organization of the MFC activity and a single corporate style, etc. The rating also takes into account the use by regions of the information-analytical system for monitoring the quality of public services “Your Control” to assess the quality of services provided at the MFC.

According to the results of third quarter of 2018, 57 regions demonstrated a high level of efficiency in organizing the activities of the MFC network, the efficiency of organizing the activities of the MFC network of 22 constituent entities of the Russian Federation was assessed as average, 5 regions were among the constituent entities with a satisfactory level of organization of the MFC network activities.

The Republic of Tatarstan was included in the group of regions with a high level of efficiency in organizing the MFC network activities.
