As part of it, citizens registered at the Employment Centers study the legal, tax and financial aspects of entrepreneurial activity, develop a business plan and defend the project before the expert committee. Training takes place in the framework of the program "Promoting self-employment of the population" with the support of the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of Tatarstan. Classes are conducted by employees of the Social Innovations Center, the Center for Employment, Kazan Federal University, and business mentors.
The educational program has been implemented since 2017. Since last year, about 20 Tatarstan citizens have received grants for starting a business.
