The Ministry of Economy conducts public consultations on the draft decree of the Government of Russia

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan accepts proposals from business representatives on the draft decree of the Government of the Russian Federation “On Amendments to Certain Acts of the Government of the Russian Federation (in terms of development and implementation of interregional and regional programs for gasification of housing and utilities sector)”. An appeal for public consultation was received from the Department for Regulatory Impact Assessment of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

The draft resolution proposes to supplement the Rules for development and implementation of gasification programs with the following provisions:

- on the procedure for coordination of draft regional gasification programs;

- on measures to prepare the population for use of gas;

- on formation of the layout of objects used to provide the population with gas;

- on calculation of gasification indicators;

- on procedure for holding public discussions of draft regional gasification programs.
