Chelny entrepreneurs were told about business process optimization
What should be an entrepreneur tomorrow and what does a client buy? These issues were discussed by Chelny businessmen as part of a training seminar. The event was held by experts of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and experts of the project "Proverennyi Business".
During the seminar, participants studied the optimization of business processes, in particular, the stages and methods of creation, errors and ways to eliminate them. Tatyana Kapitalnaya (entrepreneur, certified business coach of ICBT international school, author of automated management skills assessment for selection of candidates for line managers) and Dmitriy Dolgov (entrepreneur, certified business coach of “SME Corporation” OAO (Open Joint-Stock Company) shared their experiences in this field.
In addition, during the event, Avtograd entrepreneurs received a free consultation on control and supervisory activities.
