Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of Tatneftekhiminvest-holding OAO was held today under the chairmanship of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. The event was attended by the Minister of Economy of the Republic, Farid Abdulganiev.

Engineering company SPBEK (NPO St. Petersburg Electro-technical Company) proposed a number of its new developments to Tatarstan oil and gas and energy companies. Company Director Aleksandr Naroditsky presented asynchronous motors with combined windings of “Slavyanka” type, permanent magnet valve motors for special equipment, reactive power compensation devices; refrigerators for air conditioning and refrigeration; power generating ORC installations, natural gas turbine generators, energy-saving heat exchangers, hydrogels for plants and magnetic-pulse generators.

Rustam Minnikhanov offered to consider these proposals at the republican fuel and energy complex enterprises and to return again to consideration of this issue.

STC "Plasma", part of the Institute of Thermal Physics named after S.S. Kutateladze of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences proposes to create in Tatarstan a plasma-chemical center for oil and gas refining and to launch the production of synthetic fuel from natural and associated petroleum gas (APG) using cold plasma. STC Modular mobile plasma-chemical complexes operating on the principle of gas-jet plasma-chemical method (GJ EBP) can be used for desulfurization, processing of APG at fields and offshore platforms, processing methane from coal seams and developing under-paid and out of balance gas fields.

Tatneftekhiminvest-holding General Director Rafinat Yarullin proposed to build a pilot plant in Tatarstan. Rustam Minnikhanov agreed with this proposal.

Founder and Director of the Moscow TIM FORCE OOO (TEAM Force) Ruslan Gainanov presented possibilities of combining the enterprises of petrochemical complex of Tatarstan in a single digital service platform. He spoke about advantages of the economy of “joint ownership”, real-time redistribution of resources, equipment and personnel using a digital platform (“smartstaffing”). This will help to strengthen the cluster links between the enterprises of the petrochemical complex and related industries, R.Gainanov said.

TEAM Force is also engaged in development and maintenance of corporate software, information systems and IT platforms, provides project teams and specialists for solving specific tasks.

Meanwhile, the Innopolis University laid the foundation for solving 3D problems of geomechanical modeling. The Vice-Rector of University Iskander BARIEV and Deputy Head of the Gas, Gas Condensate and Oil Production Department of Gazprom PAO Sergey AHMEDSAFIN spoke on this issue.

It is about creating a digital model of Tatarstan in the framework of AeroNet roadmap of the National Technology Initiative.

The territory of the Republic of Tatarstan will be covered with high-precision 3D maps with a total area of 67 thousand square km.

This project can be useful for the oil and gas sector, as it will allow monitoring the condition of pipelines and protected zones, building 3D models of fields, and also recognizing capital construction projects.

Rustam Minnikhanov recommended continuing work in this direction, including jointly with Tatneft. He also recalled the strategic partnership of Tatarstan with Gazprom, which should be implemented in the field of science.
