On November 13, a retraining program will start in Tatarstan for deputy heads of executive committees of municipal formations on economic issues. Educational course: “Modern technologies for development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Republic of Tatarstan in a competitive environment” was developed by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic on behalf of President Rustam Minnikhanov. As the Minister of Economy of Tatarstan, Farid Abdulganiev, noted, all conditions for development of entrepreneurship were implemented in Tatarstan. This educational program will contribute to economic growth, labor productivity and ensure creation of new jobs.
The training system will include not only workshops that will reveal the methods of development of management team, the basics of regulatory framework for development of SMEs, models for analyzing the distribution of municipal budget, but also a consulting unit aimed at interacting with experts from the program on SME development projects. During the implementation of the three-module full-time study program, which will be held from November 13 to December 18, 2018, projects will be created for development of small and medium-sized businesses in a competitive environment for each municipal formation.
The final commission for protection of group projects will include experts from the Institute of Communication Management of the National Research University “Higher School of Economics”, representatives of business associations and representatives of the authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
This work will effectively develop entrepreneurship and competition at the municipal level for 5 years.
