The best practices of cluster development are being discussed in Kazan
IT clusters and digital transformation of the regions, the best work practices of the state with regional technology companies. These and other issues are being discussed today in Kazan. The IVth International Scientific and Practical Conference "Partnership for clusters' development", attended by more than 500 people, is held in the capital of Tatarstan. These are the representatives of state authorities, business, academic community, centers of cluster development, experts from Europe and Asia-Pacific region.
The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin addressed the participants of the event with a welcoming speech. He noted that the development of cluster cooperation was the key to sustainable development not only of individual enterprises and industries, but also the regions and the country as a whole. "In the framework of the implementation of the May Decree of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, we are facing the ambitious tasks for the implementation of breakthrough scientific-technical, technological, socio-economic development of the country through the accelerated development and implementation of technology in the economy, the social sphere, as well as in basic sectors of the economy, high-performing export-oriented sector. High-performance innovation clusters play an important role in this. In Tatarstan the special attention is paid to this. The cluster approach - is the basis of our long - term development strategy until 2030," Alexey Pesoshin said.
The Prime Minister of Tatarstan stressed that the joint work, carried out by the state and cluster organizations in the recent years, contributed to the comprehensive development of the territories. "This is not only the support for historically established activities, but also the implementation of new innovative projects, assistance in promoting products on the world market," Alexey Pesoshin said. – The Kama cluster "Innokam" – the industrial cluster in the field of engineering, IT, polymers - has become a growth driver of our Republic. The issues of development of cluster cooperation are the key to sustainable development not only of individual enterprises and industries, but also the regions and the country as a whole."
A plenary session and a number of round tables were held today. The participants discussed the implementation of national projects, development of knowledge management models in the innovation cluster, the best practices in the development of biomedical clusters and knowledge management.
The event will be held for three days. The conference will end with familiarization tours to the objects of innovative, educational and sports infrastructure of Tatarstan.
