Winners of the “Impulse of Good” Prize were awarded in Moscow

A solemn awarding ceremony of the VII “Impulse of Good” Prize, which is awarded annually for contribution to the development and promotion of social entrepreneurship, was held in Moscow. The award was established by the Foundation of regional social programs "Our Future"

In total, 258 applications from 56 regions of Russia were received for the Award in 2018. The most active were applicants from Moscow, the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, the Nizhny Novgorod Region, and the Republic of Tatarstan.

Tatarstan was represented at the ceremony by Chairman of Commission of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan on economic development, infrastructure of vital activity of citizens, Airat Gimadutdinov and Head of the Center for Social Innovation Anton Dyganov. The educational partner of the award was the Kazan (Volga-Region) Federal University.

“Impulse of Good” prize  was awarded to 11 laureates in 8 nominations.

In the nomination "For a personal contribution to the development of social entrepreneurship" three winners were announced this year. The merits of Abramova Darya, the founder of Kodabra, a school of digital creativity for children from 6 to 17 years old, where children learn to program and create their own digital projects: applications, games, websites and videos, were noted.

The second winner is Irina Demina with the Life Button project. This is Russia's first remote monitoring and emergency call system. Subscribers of the service receive special devices with a call button that allow you to contact the around-the-clock dispatch center and get the necessary assistance.

Prokopovich Stepan also received an award for the project “Megamarket of social services”. This is a private social center of a new format, providing comprehensive support to social entrepreneurs and population.

People’s Artist of Russia Sergei Bezrukov won in a special nomination “For a personal contribution to the development of social entrepreneurship in the sphere of culture”.

Nizhny Novgorod Region was awarded in the nomination "For the Best Regional Support Program for Social Entrepreneurship".

In the nomination “System Approach to Social Entrepreneurship”, established by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, FUTBOSTARZ OOO became the laureate with the Championika project, which is Russia's largest network of sports centers for children from 3 to 16 years old.

The prize for the Best Corporate Program for the Development of Social Entrepreneurship was awarded to two companies: United Metallurgical Company AO (OMK) and Tele2.

"For the best Russian educational program in the field of social entrepreneurship" - RANEPA, with which the Russian Accelerator of Social Initiatives RAISE works.

Russian News Agency TASS was awarded "For the best coverage of social entrepreneurship by media".

Osipov Pavel became the winner in nomination “For the best project of social entrepreneurship in the field of digital economy”. His company "Elite Plus" has created the world's first computer for the blind, visually impaired and deaf-blind people ElBraille ("ElBrail"), using the Braille system.

Director of the Our Future Foundation, Natalia Zvereva, completed the event. “Our Prize “Impulse of Good” has become such a good tradition. During these seven years there has been a very large evolution of social entrepreneurs, projects have become more ambitious. It becomes more difficult for the Organizing Committee of the Award, the Public Council of the Award to make a choice: the choice must be fair, and there are many worthy projects, and everyone wants to be supported”, Zvereva commented.
