A large-scale educational program “Professional Growth and Career of Young Teachers: A Competency-Based Approach” came to the end in the city of Kazan, which was attended by young teachers of the Republic of Tatarstan (chairmen of territorial clubs, associations, councils, commissions of young teachers of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan). The program is implemented by the Institute of Education Development in conjunction with the Council of Young Teachers.
One of the events of the program was a lecture-presentation “Fundraising. Using grant support for development of educational organizations”, which was conducted by Anton Dyganov, Head of the Center for Social Innovation (Resource Center for support of Socially-oriented Non-Profit Organizations) of Non-Profit Microcredit Company “Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”.
The event was held in a mode of lively negotiations and discussions, during which the audience was able to learn that even for state and municipal institutions there is an opportunity to participate in a wide range of grant programs, one only need to build effective partnerships, and must take a responsible approach to preparing a social project, not to “give up” if the project has not received support, and most importantly, there are Resource centers for support of NPOs in the Republic of Tatarstan that are ready to provide all necessary assistance in matters of social design and fundraising.
