From the beginning of 2018, multifunctional centers in Tatarstan have provided the population with more than 2 million services

Over 2 million services were provided by Tatarstan multifunctional centers (My Documents offices) to visitors from the beginning of 2018. The most demanded were applications for registration, confirmation of the account required for access to electronic public services, registration of Russian passports, obtaining information on the amount of pensions and other payments.

The demand for information services has also increased. Only in July, more than 48,000 Tatarstan residents received information on the existence or absence of tax debts. In total for the previous month the Tatarstan MFC provided the population with about 320 thousand services. This is 15% more than in June. Then the offices "My Documents" examined about 280 thousand applications.

This fact was also influenced by the work of the new branches of the MFC, experts say. In July, two offices "My Documents" were opened: in the Sovetskiy district of Kazan and the Derbyshki rural settlement.
