Assessment of regulatory impact

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from the Department for Assessing the Regulatory Impact of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia on holding public consultations on the draft Government Decree on Amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 22, 2012, 1075 “On Pricing in the Sphere of Heat Supply”.

The project is designed to bring certain provisions of the current version of the resolution in line with changes in federal legislation in terms of improving the system of relations in the field of heat supply, in particular:

- instructions on the revision by the regulatory authorities of the regulated prices (tariffs) for hot water supplied by unified heat supplying organizations to consumers with the use of open heat supply systems (hot water supply) established for the relevant period of regulation;

- additions by the order of indexation of tariffs (rates, amounts) established for heat supply organizations and heating network organizations and in effect at the end of the transition period in heat supply price zones;

- additions to the list of documents and materials attached to the application for setting prices (tariffs),

as well as other changes in the part of bringing it in line with Federal Law No. 279-FZ.
