To replace the imported goods with Tatarstan ones. An entrepreneur from the Surovka village of Tukaevskiy district implemented a project for making an additive to crushed stone and mastic asphalt (CMA). For business development, the Guarantee Fund of Tatarstan issued a guarantee for the loan in the amount of 950 thousand rubles. Additive "DeBAnT" is granulated cellulose fibers mixed with bitumen, which contribute to resistance to the influence of temperature and moisture. Bitumen during the preparation of the mixture turns into a liquid flowable state. To fix it on gravel it is necessary to use stabilizing additives. In production, the entrepreneur also uses recycled paper.
