The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan provides to the SMBs an access to the system of the state procurement and procurement of the largest enterprises through the Information Portal for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses smb.tattis.ru. It allows to ensure the development of small and medium-sized businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan and increase the procurement competitiveness. The portal provides free, up-to-date and reliable information on the needs of state, municipal (44-FZ), corporate (223-FZ) customers in goods (works, services), as well as information from corporate electronic trading platforms (over 30 resources). Over 250 thousand contracts in excess of RUR 600 billion have been concluded through smb.tattis.ru portal.

Functions of the SMB Portal include release in an open access the needs of customers, as well as automatic distribution of information about them to potential suppliers. The use of this resource helps to save costs for employing personnel to the procurement department, time to find the necessary purchases and get information on the need in the manufactured products in Russia.

Last year alone, over 10 thousand residents registered on the information portal of small and medium-sized businesses smb.tattis.ru, 6.8 (68%) of them are users from the Republic of Tatarstan.
