Journalists are invited to opening of the Multifunctional Center for Business and the office of the Regional Leasing Company of the Republic of Tatarstan Joint Stock Company

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan invites Media representatives to take part in opening of the Multifunctional Center for Business and the office of the Regional Leasing Company of the Republic of Tatarstan Joint Stock Company, and a visit to a subsidiary office of the Southern Branch of Multifunctional Center for Provision of State and Municipal Services in the Republic of Tatarstan State Budgetary Enterprise - Service Center. The events will be held with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Opening of the Multifunctional Center for Business

Within the framework of development of a chain of multifunctional centers for provision of state and municipal Services in the Republic of Tatarstan, active work is being implemented in order to improve quality of services provided to business entities under the one-stop shop scheme.

The new Multifunctional Center for Business in Kazan is a joint project by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and Sberbank PJSC, and will be opened in Sberbank building at 28 Peterburgskaya Str.

In the new Multifunctional Center for Business, entrepreneurs can get answers to all types of questions as regards to their activities and applicable requirements, submit documents for subsidies and grants, as well as avail services of State authorities, from company registration and formalization of title in property to issuance of extracts from information systems of the Tax Service, Pension Fund, etc.

Opening of the office of the Regional Leasing Company of the Republic of Tatarstan Joint Stock Company

The 2nd stage of the House of Entrepreneurship project consists of opening of the office of the Regional Leasing Company of the Republic of Tatarstan Joint Stock Company. The opening will take place with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The RLC was arranged in the republic of Tatarstan on the basis of the results of competitive selection of constituent entities of the Russian Federation for establishment of regional leasing companies within the framework of implementation of the program for privileged leasing of equipment of the Federal Corporation for Small and Medium Size Business Development JSC.

Visit to a Service Center

Since November 10, 2017, the Service Center (SC) is operational in Kazan that is located in the premises of the Sberbank Branch at the following address: 62/4 Pobedy Ave., the City of Kazan. The SC is a secondary office of the Southern Branch of Multifunctional Center for Provision of State and Municipal Services in the Republic of Tatarstan State Budgetary Enterprise, and it was established within the framework of an agreement on cooperation between the SBE and Sberbank.

The SC provides natural and legal persons with both state, and municipal services under the one-stop shop scheme, that are available from all MFCs, as well as the Sberbank services. 

On December 6, 2017, I. V. Makieva, Deputy Chairman of the Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Activities (Vneshekonombank) State Corporation, Head of the Comprehensive Development of Monocities program held a business visit to the Republic of Tatarstan.

Within the framework of the visit, deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Nataliya Tarkaeva held a meeting with potential investors dedicated to establishment of an Aquabioculture Technopolis in the Republic of Tatarstan within the area of advanced social and economic development in Naberezhnye Chelny, as well as a meeting with the heads of monocities of the Republic of Tatarstan dedicated to the results of the Comprehensive Development of Monocities program, and plans for 2018.

Manufacturers from Tatarstan interested in supplying of their goods to distribution chains are invited to take part in the event called How to Arrange a Dialog with Distributions Chains, that will be held in Kazan at 12:45 a.m. on December 12, 2017, at the Monte Carlo hall of the Riviera Hotel.

Manufacturers of food and non-food products will get an opportunity to directly communicate with representatives of major federal and regional distribution chains and present their products. Besides, within the framework of event entrepreneurs will learn about the basics of distribution chain operations, as well as goods certification and standardization.

In order to establish transparency of operations of State authorities responsible for control and supervision as regards to small and medium size business, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, within the framework of which a draft of Reliable Business Informational Internet Resource was presented. The project is being developed for entrepreneurs, and will contain clear and understandable practical recommendations on fulfillment of business audits.

Today, on December 5, 2017, a delegation from People's Republic of China headed by the Chairman of Shenzhen Association for Drones Mr. Yan Jincai held a working visit to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Within the framework of the visit, deputy minister of economy Bulat Khaziakhmetov held a meeting with the delegation, in course of which the investment potential of the Republic of Tatarstan was presented. The main points of the meeting also included social and economic development of the Republic, and future interaction of Tatarstan and China in investment project implementation.

The event took place in Moscow on November 30, 2017. The Conference was open by Maxim Stanislavovich Oreshkin, the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, with a welcoming speech of Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, the President of the Russian Federation.

Within the framework of the Conference, conceptual issues of the Presidential Program development, its current tasks, and possible directions were discussed.

Implementation of the Presidential Program in the Republic of Tatarstan enables fulfillment of present and future needs of the economy and social sphere for modern and skilled professional managers.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a monthly rating of socio-economic development of the municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for January-October 2017.

In the overall ranking for January-October 2017 the leading positions were occupied by Kazan (1 place), Almetyevsk (2 place) and Nizhnekamsk (3 place) municipal districts.

The Korean manufacturer of compressors, pumps, turbine, and hi-tech automated valves Apollo Group plans to establish in Almetievsk its main assembly facility in Russia — Apollo-T. This was reported today by Deputy Director General of the Corporation Cho Jan Hun at the meeting of the Board of Directors of Tatneftekhiminvest-Holding OJSC. The event took place at the House of the Republic of Tatarstan Government and was chaired by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.  

Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan announces opening of the VIII republican contest of journalist works and Media projects dedicated to development of small and medium size business in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Materials for the contest shall be submitted to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan at room 104 (secretariat), 55 Moskovskaya Str., the City of Kazan, 420021, daily from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

MFC in the Republic of Tatarstan SBE and the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Tatarstan have signed an agreement on arrangement of receipt of applications for inclusion in the list of voters based on the current location at My Documents (MFC) offices from citizens, who will be away from their respective places of residence on the day of voting.

Applications shall be personally submitted to the electoral commission and MFC in hardcopies and subject to provision of passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation.
