On March 19, 2014 the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov made a business trip to the Arsky municipal area.  Midkhat Shagiakhmetov visited the multipurpose center of providing the state and municipal services of the Arsky municipal area and a number of industrial platforms. In the multipurpose center located at the address Arsk, Galaktionov St., 27, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan examined working conditions and rendering services to inhabitants.

On March 21, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan with participation of Office of the Federal Tax Service in the Republic of Tatarstan and JSC KAMMINZ KAMA the meeting on a question of implementation the investment project of the enterprise with use of the state support in a type of tax privileges is held. JSC KAMMINZ KAMA specializes on production of the engines conforming to environmental standards of quality of Euro-3 and Euro-4. However now the enterprise started release of engines of the Euro-5 standard.

Meeting of the working group of the Ministry of Economic Development concerning an assessment of regulating influence will take place on March 28, 2014 in Ulyanovsk. During meeting it is planned to consider results of introduction of institute of an assessment of regulating influence at regional level, criterion of an assessment of quality of introduction and development of an assessment of regulating influence in subjects of the Russian Federation, formation of a rating of subjects of the Russian Federation regarding an assessment of regulating influence, experiment of certain regions on forming of system of work on carrying out an assessment of regulating influence, including the interaction organization with professional community during carrying out an assessment of regulating influence, other topical issues. estimates of regulating influence

The resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 15.03.2014  No. 154 approved the Program of efficiency of public  finance management (state and municipal) increase  in the Republic of Tatarstan for the period till 2018. The Program purpose – ensuring stability of a financial system of the Republic of Tatarstan as bases of its dynamic social and economic development. Program tasks:

Four representatives of contract service of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan also finished training, having got high points for progress. On March 20, Tatarstan delegation led by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov got familiar with the Japanese experience in urban reconstruction and development. 

A detour of Tokyo's subcenters started with a visit to an artificial island of Odaiba, which is one of the most attractive areas of Tokyo for housing and office construction. 

Then, Tatarstan delegation went to Minato Mirai district in Yokogama (30km far from Tokyo). Minato Mirai has become a modern urban district after the successful modernization of the old industrial area, former trading port and industrial base. The dynamically developing district is host to exhibition, entertainment and trade complexes, offices of the largest companies, hotels, business centers. 

Rustam Minnikhanov looked around Landmark Tower, the tallest building and third-tallest structure in Japan (296 meters), and other sights in Minato Mirai. 

Also, Tatarstan President saw the industrial museum “Mitsubishi Heavy Industries”. The museum is divided into six zones: Aerospace, Ocean, Transportation, Daily Life Discovery, Environment/Energy and Technology Quest. It introduces models of state-of-the-art developments. 

On March 18, 2014 the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Shamsiyev and the director of Authorized MSS Natalya Barkova participated in a training seminar in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation (Moscow) concerning preparation of demands from regions for receiving a federal subsidy for completion of works on creation of the multipurpose centers of service (MSS) according to the Resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of January 17, 2014 No. 36 "About the approval of Rules of distribution and granting in 2014 - 2015 of other interbudgetary transfers from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on completion of works on MSS network creation".
