On June 26, 2014 in city of Tver the III International investment forum which key subject is development of investment projects in a logistic cluster, in sphere of composite materials and agriculture production  will take place. In work of the Forum participation of representatives of the largest international companies, the Russian and foreign investors, investment funds and banks, Chambers of Commerce and Industry, embassies, trade and business associations and leading world consultants is planned.

On June 10, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov looked around tram line under construction, engineering centre of Kazan federal university, and IT park in Naberezhnye Chelny.

The new tram line with length of 12.2 km will connect old and new parts of the town, construction will cost 566,8 million roubles. Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Vasil Shaikhraziev said that the new line will be put into operation on December 25, 2014.

On June 5, 2014 in IT park of Kazan the round table "Financial decisions for your business", organized by JSC Uralsib bank took place. Employees of Guarantee fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and representatives of small and average business of the republic participated in a meeting. Advantages of receiving the credit with the Guarantee fund guarantees were explained during action, also detailed conditions and requirements of guarantees issue were presented. In the question-answer mode businessmen received information on they interested  subjects.

On June 8, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Board Chairman of OAO “Gasprom” Valery Golubev, Chairman of Duma of Astrakhan region Aleksandr Klykanov, Deputy Chairman of Tatarstan State Council Aleksandr Gusev, Director General of OAO “Gasprom Transgas Kazan” Rafkat Kantyukov, and Head of Tyulyachi region Ildus Zaripov took part in foundation stone laying ceremony of liquefied natural gas plant started in Tyulyachi region. 

The plant is expected to open in the first quarter of 2016, and its output will make 56, 000 tonnes per year. The project is supervised by OAO “Gasprom” and is implemented by OOO “Agro-industrial complex “Semiramida”. Similar complex is being built in Astrakhan region. 

Rustam Minnikhanov said that opening of liquefied natural gas plant is an innovative step for Tatarstan and Russia. It is a new area aimed at expanding gas consumption in the country. 

On June 18, 2014 at 15.00 the meeting of the commission on consideration of the demands applying for inclusion in the general demand from the Republic of Tatarstan for receiving a federal subsidy on action "Creation of industrial (industrial) parks" will take place.

On June 10, 2014 at 14.00 in Republican agency of the press and mass communications (Dekabristov str., 2) the briefing on a subject: "Start in the Republic of Tatarstan system of enterprise climate monitoring" with participation of the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – the head of business support department Rustem Sibgatullin and the head of State Budgetary Institution Center of Business Support of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Naumov will take place.

The export support Center of the Republic of Tatarstan invites businessmen – subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan to be registered in the Catalogue of the Russian export focused goods and the services, created by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. This Catalogue will allow to present production of the Tatarstan producers to foreign partners. Information about the enterprise in the Catalogue will be placed in Russian,  English, Arab, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese languages.

On June 6, 2014 in the building of JSC Svyazyinvestneftekhim the meeting of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with the Head of "Kudrin's fund on support of civil initiatives" Alexey Kudrin and representatives of JSC International Center of Social and Economic Researches Leontyevsky center took place. In a meeting the Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Halikov, the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Hayrullin, the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, heads of the ministries and republic departments accepted.

On June 5, 2014 the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – the head of the of business support department Rustem Sibgatullin held meeting with representatives of "Tatarstan Bank" Office No.8610 of JSC Sberbank of Russia. During meeting cooperation prospects concerning development of a network of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services in the Republic of Tatarstan, attraction of financial resources of JSC Sberbank  for implementation of priority investment projects, and also  "Tatarstan Bank" No. 8610 in the Plan of measures ("road map") of development of small and average business in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2016, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan approved by the resolution of 07.05.2014 No. 302 implementation were discussed.

On June 5, speaking at the strategic forum “Russia and OIC countries: interaction of investors, business, and authorities in solving problems of strategic safety” during Kazansummit forum, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the forum helps demonstrating investment potential of Russian regions, openness and readiness for communication, and establishing cooperation between Russia and Islamic countries.

“I am glad that annual meetings have become traditional for many people present here today,” Rustam Minnikhanov noted.

Tatarstan President said that Islamic world is a keeper of huge natural, labour and spiritual resources. Development of relations with Islamic states is one of priority activities of Russia’s foreign policy.

Main topic discussed at the forum is food safety of OIC countries.
