On February 5, 2015 meetings of councils of Alekseevsky and Novosheshminsky municipal areas took place. The Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin, and also deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of the Device of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the ministries and departments of the republic, heads of the Tatarstan enterprises participated in meetings.

On February 4, 2015 in Moscow within the All-Russian forum "Business Success" the closed session for pilot municipalities of the subjects of the Russian Federation which entered the Atlas municipal the practician took place. Action is organized by Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Agency of strategic initiatives of promotion of new projects" and the All-Russian public organization of small and average business "Opora RUSSII".

On February 4, 2015 the joint meeting of Board of the Ministry of ecology and natural resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and Management of Federal Nature Management Supervision Service across the Republic of Tatarstan with the agenda "About results of work of the Ministry of ecology and natural resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and Management of Federal Nature Management Supervision Service across the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014 and tasks for 2015" took place.

Within Board at the request of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov key questions of environmental protection and ecological safety within the project of Strategy of social and economic development of the republic till 2030 were considered.

Results of activity and development plans of the regional centers of engineering of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed on February 4, 2015 in "Korston-Kazan" during reporting strategic session. The director of the department of development of small and average business and the competition of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Natalya Larionova, the CEO of Fund of assistance to development of small forms of the enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere Sergey Polyakov, the executive director of Association of innovative regions of Russia Ivan Bortnik, the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov and others took part in it.

On February 4, in Laishevo municipal region, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of technical launching of the first production line of polymer compounds at the Khimtekh Regional Engineering Center. 

Director of the Department of Small and Medium Business and Competition of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Natalia Larionova, CEO of the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Science and Technology Sergey Polyakov, CEO of the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia Ivan Bortnik and other officials took part in the event. 

The Khimtekh is the third engineering center in Tatarstan after the KAI-Laser Eidos centers, Minnikhanov said, speaking at the event.

On February 4, 2015 the meeting of board of the Ministry of the land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan with the agenda took place: "About results of work of the Ministry of the land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014 and tasks for 2015".

Within Board at the request of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov key questions in the sphere of the land relations within the project of Strategy of social and economic development of the republic till 2030 are considered.

The state unitary enterprise "Center of Development of Purchases of the Republic of Tatarstan" with assistance of the State committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on purchases will provide training according to the program of professional development on the subject "Contract System in the Sphere of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs".

Listeners will consider questions of the organization and carrying out purchases according to the Federal law of 05.04.2013 No. 44-FZ, actual changes in the law, will receive practical skills of work within contract system and necessary explanations on the interesting questions.

The functionality of electronic receiving, renewal of the license for implementation of activities for preparation, storage, processing and realization of scrap of ferrous, non-ferrous metals placed on the Portal of the state services of the Republic of Tatarstan is staticized in connection with the taken effect changes of the federal license legislation.

We pay attention of the authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan allocated with powers on implementation of the state control (supervision) and municipal control, about change of a form which is annually provided in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan of the report.

Changes were approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 02.02.2015 No. 50.

On January 29, 2015 the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan together with Association of graduates of the Presidential program of preparation of administrative shots carried out the final of the competition "The Best Project of the Graduate of the Presidential Program of the Republic of Tatarstan of 2014".
