On June 23, 2016 the Federal law of June 23, 2016 No. 181-FZ "About a lump sum at the expense of means of the maternity (family) capital in 2016" has come into force. Adoption of this law allows families to receive a lump sum of 25 000 rubles from means of a maternity capital.

In the Republic of Tatarstan "The center of development of production small and average business" is created. The center is organized on the basis of republican "Fund of support of business" at the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan. The purpose of the organization is development of the hi-tech enterprises in sector of small and medium business.
