For improvement of an order of providing the state services of federal public authorities, and also receiving feedback since 2013 continuous monitoring of quality of services through the "Your Control" system created by request of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation is carried out.
 

Today citizens can use electronic services of most federal departments through the Uniform federal Portal of the state services gosuslugi.ru. But, at the same time, to submit the application on the federal Portal for receiving those services which demand reliable protection of personal data it is required to confirm the account. For confirmation of the account citizens of the republic can address to branches of State Budgetary Institution MPC of providing state and municipal services in the Republic of Tatarstan which are available in each municipal district and the city district, with the identity document, and the Insurance Number of Individual Ledger Account.

According to the Order of Minpromtorg of Russia from 10/28/2016 No. 3836 the special economic zone of the industrial and production type ''Alabuga''  is entered into the register of industrial parks and management companies of the industrial  parks conforming to requirements to industrial parks and management companies of industrial parks for application of measures of stimulation of activity to them in the sphere of the industry, according to the resolution of the Government of the Russian 

The president of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov within the working visit to the USA (on November 9-11, 2016) has met the management of 500 Startups business incubator. 
Based by the businessman Dave Makklyur now 500 Startups is one of the most known international venture funds. The staff of the company makes 150 people in 20 different countries of the world.
 

The president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov who is in the USA on a three-day working visit (on November 9-11, 2016) has visited a campus of the Google company – Googleplex located in Silicon Valley of California and has met the management of the company.
 

On November 11, during his working visit to the USA, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met management of Advenira Enterprises, Inc. at the company office in Sunnyvale (California).
