From 2007 to 2016 the contests to provide State support to non-profit organizations involved in the development of civil society institutions, were organized by several operators. This year a single operator – the Fund of Presidential Grants was established in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of April 3, 2017 No. 93-RP "On provision in 2017 of State support to non-commercial non-governmental organizations, involved in the development of civil society institutions that implement social projects and projects in the sphere of protection of human and civil rights and freedoms".

The Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on April 24-25 in the city of Kazan will conduct a Forum of active citizens “Community”, which traditionally gathers under one roof representatives of the regional authorities, socially responsible businesses, public organizations and mass media for training, seeking solutions to urgent social problems.

Head of the Center for support of export of the Republic of Tatarstan, NO "Fund of Business Support" under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan - Mrs. Uliana Anufrieva successfully passed the training course "Online trade opportunities for exporters " in the School of Export of the JSC "The Russian Export Center" and became an accredited trainer for this course.

The XVth Congress of school companies of the Republic of Tatarstan was held successfully on April 13-14. "Residence of creative industries". The congress of school companies was visited by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan - Mr. Artem Zdunov. He noted the high level of the the projects, presented by school companies, professional knowledge of participants and winners.  The event was organized by the public organization "Junior Achievement Center of Kazan", Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan and JSC Commercial Bank “AK BARS” in the partnership with the Autonomous non-profit organization" "University of talents” and creative space "Headquarters".

The educational-methodical Center of the FAS of Russia in Kazan today hosted the III all-Russian scientific and practical Conference "Methods of analysis of commodity markets and the control over economic concentration", which was organized by the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia.

On March 14, 2017 in OJSC "Tatneftekhiminvest - Holding " the regular meeting of the Collegium of the Association "Non - commercial partnership "The Kama Innovative Territorial Production Cluster"" , chaired by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Mr. Artem Zdunov took place.
