The President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, is on a working trip to Moscow today. The main goal of his trip is to participate in the IX Gaidar Forum. The first point in the working program of the President of Tatarstan was the participation in the business breakfast "Investments in the sphere of public health".

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan conducts weekly training seminars on the following topics:

 - work in resources "Electronic catalogue of products" (kp.agzrt.ru), "Electronic goods-informational system of the Republic of Tatarstan" (tattis.ru) – ETIS RT, "Stock platform" (bp.zakazrf.ru).

- competitive procurements with the use of electronic platforms according to the norms 223-FZ;

- how to participate and win in the bid on electronic platforms etp.zakazrf.ru (Federal ETP) and 223etp.zakazrf.ru;

- how to sell using your portal "Your access to the market "-smb.tattis.ru.

In fulfillment of the assignment of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, the Government of the Russian Federation adopted the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No.1706 of December 30, 2017 "On approval of the Rules for granting subsidies from the federal budget to Russian credit organizations for reimbursement of their underfunded incomes on loans, provided to small and medium-sized enterprises for the implementation of projects in priority industry sectors at a reduced rate."

The decision on transfer of shares was taken by the JSC "Special Economic Zones" and the Republic of Tatarstan in the end of 2017 within the framework of fulfillment of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation № 2155-P dd. 04.10.2017 "On approval of the Actions Plan (" road map ") on gratuitous transfer of the property belonging to the Joint Stock Company "Special Economic Zones", 100 % of shares of which belongs to the Russian Federation, into the ownership of the Russian Federation and ownership of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

Pursuant to the Federal law No. 436-FZ dd. 28.12.2017 “On introduction of changes into the first and the second part of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and separate enactments of the Russian Federation” the residents of technical-implementation special economic zones are entitled to benefit the reduced rate of insurance payments, envisaged for Russian companies with activities in the field of informational technologies in aggregate amount of 14% for a term until 2023.

The delegation included the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Artem Zdunov, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Natalya Tarkayeva, General Director of the NPO “Fund for support of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Tatarstan”, Andrey Afonin, his deputy – Azat Gainutdinov and Director of NPO “Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”, Timur Temirgaliev.

The investment Memorandum of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2018 has been approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 1079 of December 29, 2017.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a monthly rating of socio-economic development of the municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for January-November 2017.

The General Director of JSC "Agency for State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan", Yakov Geller, addressed entrepreneurs and customers of the city of Zelenodolsk with the presentation of information on purchases on electronic platforms. Within the framework of the meeting,  he presented the Internet platforms for conducting procurements; one of them is a website for small and medium businesses smb.zakazrf.ru.
