The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation has registered the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia "On approving a unified register of organizations, forming the infrastructure of SME subjects' support".
The document identifies the form of register maintenance, the composition of the information contained in it, the order of maintenance and requirements to process, program and linguistic, legal and organizational means to ensure its operation.
In accordance with the order, the electronic register will be maintained by the OJSC "SME Corporation". It will include the information on all organizations, shaping the infrastructure of support to small and medium-sized businesses at the federal, regional and municipal levels, including business incubators, techno-parks, business development centres, support funds, export support centres, regional engineering centres and other organizations. When the organization is included in the register, it will be necessary to confirm its compliance with the requirements of the federal or regional level.
The maintenance of register will increase the level of openness of the organizations, which provide support infrastructure to small and medium-sized enterprises and enable to monitor their operation in operational mode.
According to the Director of the Department of development of small and meium sized entrepreneurship and competition of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia - Maxim Parshin, the existing SME support infrastructure network has a wide range of tools to promote business development at different stages of the company's life cycle, and the establishment of a register will increase their availability to entrepreneurs. "Previously, the information on such organizations was scattered and now it will be presented in a user-friendly and accessible form on the SME Corporation website", - he reported.
