Customers will be fined for late payment under the contract

The Federal Act No. 189-XP of July 26, 2017 amended the Code of the RF on Administrative Offences, according to which the employer's official' violation of the time and procedure for the payment for goods (works, (services) during procurement for state and municipal needs, including failure to carry out the obligations to ensure the advance payment, provided for by the state or municipal contract, would entail an administrative fine in amount from 30 thous. to 50 thous. RUB.

The commission of an administrative offence by an official who has been previously subjected to administrative punishment for a similar administrative offence will involve a disqualification for a period from one to two years.

We remind you, that from May 1, 2017, the due date for the contracts should be:

- No more than 15 working days if the contract is concluded with SMP and SONKO ;

- No more than 30 days for the remaining contracts.

It is necessary to calculate these dates from the date when the customer signed the acceptance document.

The Act enters into force on August 6, 2017.
