The basic enterprises of the petrochemical complex of Tatarstan, increased the volume of production by 3% by producing oil, plastics, rubbers and rubber products after the first half of the year. It was told by deputy director general of the holding Haris Mustafin at the meeting of the Board of Directors of OAO "Tatneftekhiminvest Holding", which was held in the house of the goverment of the Tatarstan Republic by the President Rustam Minnekhanov. The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Zdunov also participated in the meeting.
These enterprises received the revenue of 521 billion rubles, which is 14% higher than last year. The price of oil, petroleum products and synthetic rubber had been affected, and the rapporteur had explained the increase.
Aggregate contributions to budgets and extrabudgetary funds have increased by 1.6 times, mainly because of the almost doubling of tax payments on mining. The contributions to the consolidated budget of the Tatarstan amounted to about 30 billion rubles, with an increase of 15%. "Tatneft", Taif-NK, tyre complex of Tatneft, Nefis increased their payments. The decrease is noted in the "Nizhnekamskneftehim", "Kazanorgsinteza, "SK factory in Kazan" because of lower financial results.
In January-June Tatneft increased oil production by 3.4%, which exceeded 14.2 million tonnes. Nizhnekamskneftekhim increased the release of rubbers by 5.5%. Kazanorgsintez raised the production of polyethylene by 11% to 373 thousand tonnes and doubled exports.
The tyre complex Tatneft restored production to the 2015 level of 5.8 million pieces. Sales in the secondary market, including Tatarstan, have grown substantially. The production of carbon in the Republic continues to grow – in January-June 67 tonnes of products had been produced. Nizhnekamsktehuglerod raised sales in both Russian and foreign markets.
The Director of the Institute of Refining of the Republic of Bashkortostan Elshad Teliashev made a presentation about promising technologies in petrochemical industry. He presented the development of gas, slow coking, catalysts.
Rustam Minnikhanov, noting that "gas chemistry has a great promise and we are not paying attention to it", suggested the UFA Institute to create common working groups with TAIF and "Tatneft".
The Director general, Vladimir Kolerov, described the activities of the Company group COLTEK. This included advanced materials for various types of pavements, and nano-products for lubrication additives. The group has its own pilot production in Kamskie Polyany, where it deals with special modifiers for asphalt. They are currently being tested on Tatarstan roads. Rustam Minnikhanov suggested to create experimental sites in the Republic, and then to take the relevant decision.
The project for the construction of a paint plant in Tatarstan was presented by the chief chemical technologist of the Donetsk innovation and engineering centre Leonid Gashitsky.
