21 June 2017, Wednesday

The Commission of the Government of the Russian Federation on legislative activities approved the draft federal law, developed by the Russian Ministry of Economy Development "On introduction of changes into the Federal Law "On arrangement of providing state and municipal services" in part of fixing the opportunity to provide several state and municipal services in by a single application from the applicant." The bill will be considered at a meeting of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Currently if the applicant needs to obtain several state and/or municipal services, he has to write a separate application for each service and to follow the result of each service in MFC, which does not fully complies to the "one-window" principle.

The adoption of the bill will allow a citizen to apply to MFC with one comprehensive application for the provision of several state and/or municipal services in a single life situation, such as the birth of a child, the opening of the individual business, the construction of a house, etc.

At the same time, MFC will be given the right to form sets of necessary documents on behalf of the applicant and to perform all actions to provide each of the services by a complex request, including signing of applications on their provision. In addition, it will increase the number of most sought-after and socially relevant services on the base of MFC, reduce the financial and temporal costs of citizens, reduce corruption risks.

We remind that today in Multifunctional Centers of State and Municipal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan one can obtain over 150 types of the most popular services: federal services (Russian Register, Tax Service, Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Pension Fund, etc.), all services of JSC SME Corporation, the civil registry authorities (in the sphere of land and property relations, architecture, archive, etc.), as well as other services.
