Public consultations on a draft federal law are being conducted

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from the Department for Assessing the Regulatory Impact of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia on holding public consultations on the draft federal law "On Amending Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation."

The project was prepared to improve the legal regulation in the field of capital construction.

Currently, there is a problem of insufficient legal regulation of certain procedures related to the connection of capital construction facilities to engineering services.

The draft proposes:

- Unification of procedures for connecting capital construction projects to engineering services,

- Settlement of the order of establishment of a connection point (heat supply, water supply and water disposal)

- Unification of the procedure for calculating financial needs for the implementation of certain investment program activities,

- Unification of terms used to determine the amount of connection fees (technological connection),

- Establishment in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation of unified standardized tariff rates for technological connection.

We invite representatives of business associations to familiarize themselves with the presented project on the website of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
