The signing of the application by facsimile according to the Federal Law 44-FZ is not provided

According to the provisions of the Federal Law No. 44-FZ "On the contract system in the area of procurement of goods, works and services for public and municipal needs" all the sheets of the application for participation in the open contest shall be submitted in writing as well as sealed and numbered. The application must also contain an inventory of the constituent documents, be stamped with the seal (if available for legal entities) open competition and signed by the participant of the open competition or a person authorized by a participant of the open competition.

Adherence to the party's open competition specified requirements means that the information and documents that are part of applications for participation in the open competition filed on behalf of the participant of open competition and he is responsible for their authenticity and reliability.

The Ministry of the Economic Development in its letter No.D28i-1655 of April 24, 2017, stated that the Federal Law No. 44 -FZ did not provide for the possibility of signing an application for participation in open competition with the stamp-facsimile.
