Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan are invited to the event related to the issues of law enforcement practice of customs authorities

The export support center of the Republic of Tatarstan NPO “Fund of support to entrepreneurship of the Republic of Tatarstan” informs entrepreneurs about the event dedicated to the issues of law enforcement practice of customs bodies and compliance with mandatory requirements.

This event is designated for participants of foreign economic activities and other persons interested in the issues of law enforcement practices of customs authorities and compliance with mandatory requirements. The event will take place on May 31, 2017 at 10.00 in the Customs Office of Tatarsatn at: Kazan, Korolenko str., 56, Room 313 (Conference room).

Agenda for a public event:

1) Breaches made by participants of FEA when filling declarations for goods.

2) Results of law enforcement practice of customs control after release of goods by the customs authorities of Privolzhskiy Federal District for abidance by the participants of FEA of the mandatory requirements.

3) Provisions of information when declaration data on the documents confirming abidance of the prohibitions and restrictions and their compliance with Reference book of mask documents.

4) Practice of complaints review in the field of customs.
