Mr. Artem Zdunov congratulated AGZRT with the 20-th anniversary

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan in honor of the 20 anniversary of the State Education Agency for public order, investment activity, and interregional relations of the Republic of Tatarstan took place the presentation of awards to the staff of the enterprise. For successful work on improving public procurement system of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Mr. Artem Zdunov and General Director Mr. Jakov Geller presented honorary certificates and letters of workers collective.

As we have informed, the GUP Agency under the state order, investment activity, and interregional relations of the Republic of Tatarstan” was founded according to the Decree of Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 359 dd. 29.04.1997 The main activity of the agency for 20 years was the follow up of public procurement of the Republic, ensuring transparency and access of small and medium-sized businesses to markets.

The agency developed an electronic inventory information system of the Republic of Tatarstan, which includes information about contracts for the purchase of products used to implement various programs of housing capital repairs, overhaul of educational institutions and a number of others. Mechanisms of the system allow spending money more reasonably.

Currently, the agency is also involved in systems of support of small and medium-sized businesses, including accompanying information portal of small and medium-sized businesses smb.tattis.ru, electronic product catalog, as well as monitoring the supply to SME entities.

In order to further develop procurement and sales during economic activities of organizations-regulated customers, as well as the development of electronic commerce in the Republic of Tatarstan, the agency developed the concept of the new automated system-“The stock exchange platform in the Republic of Tatarstan”. Currently, the resorce is operating in a stable mode.
