The Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan received the message from the Department of assessment of the regulatory impact of the Ministry of Economic Development on carrying out public consultations on the draft federal law “On amendments to the town planning code of the Russian Federation and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation”.

It is suggested in the bill to amend the town planning code of the Russian Federation in order to solve individual tasks in the field of urban planning.

In particular, the notion of “temporary building” is being introduced. The powers of the Russian Federation in the field of State expertise of project documentation and engineering survey results in part of the examination with respect to several objects, residing on the territory of two or more constituent entities of the Russian Federation are being specified.

The Bill also provides for the addition of the acting legislation with the norms envisaging submission of the project documentation and engineering survey results, as well as other documents needed for the examination in electronic form, except for individual cases.

There is also a number of other individual changes.

We invite representatives of business associations to get acquainted with the normative legal act on the website of the Ministry of Eonomy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
