The enterprisers of the Tatarstan Republic are invited to the seminar “The participation of small and medium sized enterprises subjects in procurements of certain types of legal bodies by the Federal Law №223-ФЗ”

In order to increase the awareness of small and medium sized enterprises subjects about features of the participation in premier customers procurements, AO “MSP Corporation” in liaison with the Ministry of economic Affairs of the Tatarstan Republic organizes the seminar regarding the participation in procurements according to the Federal Law dated on July 18, 2011 №223-ФЗ “About purchasing of goods, works and services by certain types of legal bodies” by the example of PAO NK “Rosneft”.

The moderator of this event will be the Adviser Director General of AO “MSP Corporation” Oleg Tulin. The minister of Economic Affairs of the Tatarstan Republic Artem Zdynov will have a speech, too.

There will also be appearances of AO “MSP Corporation”, AO “MSP Bank”, PAO “NK Rosneft” representatives concerning on the participation in premier customers of the Russian Federation procurements, of the Director General Yakov Geller of the GUP “The Agency of state orders, investment operations and transregional connections of the Tatarstan Republic” on topic “The small business advocacy”.

Small and medium sized enterprises subjects are invited, which are operating on the territory of the Tatarstan Republic and which are suppliers of premier customers under the №223-ФЗ “About purchasing of goods, works and services by certain types of legal bodies”.

The seminar will take a place on the March 15, 2017 in the Ministry of economic Affairs of the Tatarstan Republic in Kazan city, Moskovskaya street, 55, the assembly hall (4th floor).
