A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of OJSC Tatneftekhiminvest Holding was held in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan

A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of OJSC Tatneftekhiminvest with participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Mr. Rustam Minnikhanov was held on February 22, 2017 in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In the course of the meeting the participants discussed the issues related to the experience of setting up power units on fuel elements and development of Tatarstan on the basis of amino acids on the internal and external markets.

Also they discussed the issues on including candidates, suggested by shareholders, into the ballot list of candidates for election to the Board of Directors and the Auditors Committee of OJSC Tatneftekhiminvest Holding for 2017 – 2018 as well as approval of the compensation amount for the auditor’s services of OJSC Tatneftekhiminvest Holding. The First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – Director of the Department of the entrepreneurship development Mr. Rustem Sibgatullin took part in the meeting of the Board of Directors of OJSC Tatneftekhiminvest Holding.
