The public consultations on the draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation are being held now

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan received the application from the Department of assessment of regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia on carrying out public consultations on the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation "On approving the requirements to anti-terrorist protection of trade facilities and forms of safety passport of the trade facility."

The need for the development of the project is dictated by the increase of terrorist threats, social unrest, and the complex geopolitical situation in the world and, as a result, not sufficient reliability of ensuring anti-terrorist protection of places of mass stay of people, including the shopping facilities.

The project envisages the establishment and legally binding requirements to antiterrorist protection of shopping facilities and forms of the safety passport of trade facilities, which in turn should have a positive impact on reducing the threat of fulfilling terrorist acts.

We invite representatives of business associations to study the presented regulatory legal act on the website of the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
