Since August 1 businessmen will be able to confirm the belonging to small and medium business much easier

According to the Federal law of December 29, 2015 No. 408-FZ the Unified register of subjects of SAB will be for the first time created by Federal Tax Service and posted on her official site on August 1, 2016.

The unified register is the database placed in open access about subjects of small and average business at the addressing to which it is possible to confirm belonging of this or that economic entity to category of subjects of small and average business.

Further (in 2017 and further) data on belonging of an economic entity to category of subjects of small and average business will be updated annually on August 10 the corresponding calendar year on the basis of those data which will be at the disposal of Federal Tax Service as of July 1.
