In municipal regions of the Kamsky cluster strategic sessions are held

During the period from August 17 to August 20, 2015 within an educational program "Strategic positioning of municipal areas within activity Innokam" there will take place strategic sessions on discussion of the key directions of development of the Nizhnekamsk, Yelabuga, Zainsky and Tukayevsky municipal areas entering into Kamsky innovative a territorial and production cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The main objectives of an educational program are:
1. Formations of the general vision of prospects of development of municipal areas within activity Innokam;
2. Involvement of a wide range of interested parties in process of strategic planning;
3. Identification of the strategic initiatives capable to become drivers of development of municipal areas and the Kamsky cluster in general.
Representatives of Association "Kamsky Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster", local governments, and also the enterprises and the organizations – participants of the Kamsky cluster will take part in work of expert sessions.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
