The concept of creation of the territorial isolated innovative and production center "Innokam" was presented to Rustam Minnikhanov

Today the concept of creation of the territorial isolated innovative and production center "Innokam" was presrnted to the acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Rustam Minnikhanov during presentation of the project noted that today the Kamsky industrial zone is the main point of growth of economy of the region.

According to Rustam Minnikhanov, creation of the concept of the Innokam center found support of the federal government, the plan of work on the concept is approved.

The acting President of Tatarstan reported that the developer of the concept is the Russian academy of national economy and public service.

Further the presentation of the concept of creation of the territorial isolated innovative and production center "Innokam" took place.

The Concept's purpose is to create the innovative and production center, best in Russia, development of hi-tech clusters - for working off of the perspective model of development allowing to transform effectively industrial and technological potential to high quality of life of the population.

It is expected that in borders of Kamsky agglomeration the innovative and production center of Russia will be created within which the perspective model of industrial development will be fulfilled and widespread on other regions of Russia .

The special attention within the project is supposed to be paid to infrastructure projects (development of the transport, power direction), modernization of systemically important branches, education and qualified personnel (creation of higher education institutions), improvement of quality of life.
