In the Tatarstan center of scientific and technical information the basic information center of collective use including access to resources of the Center of support of technologies and innovations functions. Access to registers of scientific and technical information is provided on a free basis.
The information center of collective use includes:
complete descriptions of inventions and useful models of the Russian Federation;
database of normative and technical information.
Specialists of the Tatarstan center of scientific and technical information annually staticize more than 300 000 units of documents of the operating information centers of collective use.

As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
As part of the working visit to Naberezhnye Chelny, an off-site meeting was held on measures of state support for industrial parks.
