The deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Natalya Tarkayeva participated in a meeting of the Board of Directors of "Tatneftekhiminvest-holding"

Today in Kazan in the Government house of RT under the chairmanship of the acting president of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov the meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC Tatneftekhiminvest-holding took place. A number of offers for various spheres of the industry was considered.

About the shungit breeds of Karelia, their effective use the message was made by the head of the laboratory of shungit of Institute of geology of the Karelian Russian Academy of Sciences scientific center (Petrozavodsk) Vladimir Kowalewski and the director of development of JSC Shungiton Denis Zubkov. This unique natural carbon is used in many spheres: from metallurgy, building industry and chemistry to clearing systems and medicine. It is cheap and is exposed to regeneration, can be used as a filler by production of autotires, rubber products, polymers, composites.

The director of Ugra research institute of information technologies (Khanty-Mansiysk) Alexander Zykov told about information exchange of the regional Center of space services and experience of use of results of space activity at a meeting. In particular, it was talked of opportunities for monitoring of water objects, torch installations, forest gary and cabins, the petropolluted sites, a condition of sludge depots, grounds of recycling.

Rustam Minnikhanov called work with space pictures perspective and gave instructions to study this question. The director of JSC NPO "Stroitelnye materialy" (Kazan) Rustem Mukhametrakhimov reported about development import-substituting cement and fibrous and gipsotsement-fibrous plates for finishing of buildings and constructions. It was talked of the biopositive, durable and inexpensive plates made on the basis of local raw materials. Their optimum structure is experimentally received. The project is so far at a research and development completion stage.
