Today at a meeting of Economic council at the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan the scientific and technical and innovative policy of the republic was discussed

Today the acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting of Economic council of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on issue "About Development of Scientific and Technical and Innovative Policy of the Republic of Tatarstan".
Opening a meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov noted that today it is important to provide the advancing scientific and technical development which will allow to let out modern competitive production and services. 
During Economic council the report on stimulation of innovative activity in regions of Russia and a role of Association of innovative regions of Russia was made by the chairman of the Supervisory board of Fund of assistance to development of small forms of the enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere Ivan Bortnik. Ivan Bortnik noted that  need of technological rearmament of small business ripened. Also he suggested to develop the program about scientific and technical and innovative development of the Republic of Tatarstan.
With reports the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov also acted. 
During the performance Artyom Zdunov noted need of interaction of science and business, urged higher education institutions, large business and the small innovative enterprises  to be involved in work with the centers of engineering and prototyping more active. "Besides, our higher education institutions need to strengthen work with the industrial enterprises of the republic in the conditions of the opportunities for import substitution of technologies which are opened in the current economic situation," - he emphasized. Also in the report of the Minister of Economics issues of commercialization and effective use of results of intellectual activity were touched.
