The RSBI Support Index project for the 2nd quarter 2015 started

Promsvyazbank together with agency of the market and sociological researches Magram Market Research realizes the project directed on regular research of business moods in a segment of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. The project received the name "RSBI Support Index" and is realized with assistance of Public chamber of Russia and the all-Russian public organization of small and average business "Support of Russia".
Research is based on the heads of the MSB companies given poll. The index considers expectations on 9 main indicators. Among them: sales and profit, number of clients, prices of realization of goods and services, availability of financing, readiness for investments, etc. The obtained data are confidential and are used in a generalized view.
Subjects of small and average business, and also business owners can take part in this poll. Survey is conducted quarterly and information on the following stage will be published on the website of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
