Vladimir Putin addressed the annual Message to Federal Assembly

On December 4, 2014 the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin addressed to Federal Assembly with the annual Message in which the following main directions of development of the country in 2015 devoted to economy are defined. The strategic course of Russia is determined as the international openness, openness for cooperation, attraction of foreign investments, implementation of joint projects.

For implementation of the Message of the President of the Russian Federation the list of orders of the President of the Russian Federation of December 5, 2014  No. Pr-2821 is created.
