Results of working meeting under the chairmanship of the Prime minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev about development of innovative territorial clusters

Within a business trip on March 25, 2014 the Prime minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev carried out to Kazan on a platform of the Kazan state power university meeting with participation of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Russian Federation Arkady Dvorkovich and the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. At meeting the question of further development of innovative territorial clusters, the current restrictions and possible mechanisms of the state support was considered. Representatives of the largest higher education institutions and the industrial enterprises of the republic reported on available problems and prospects of development of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
