Recommendations about an order of creation and functioning of contract service are developed

The state committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on purchases prepared recommendations about an order of creation and functioning of contract service in the sphere of purchasing activity. The federal law of April 5, 2014 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" orders to the state and municipal customers with an annual capacity of purchases more than 100 million rubles the organization of special contract service. Customers with smaller volumes of purchases can be limited to appointment of one contract managing director.
