The Ministry of Economy held a meeting of the working group of the Operational Headquarters for ensuring the sustainable development of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan

On July 16, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting of the working group of the Operational Headquarters for ensuring the sustainable development of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event reviewed the results of the implementation of the national project "Tourism and Hospitality", as well as issues of tariff regulation and mandatory labeling of products in the Honest Sign system.

Ivanov, Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Tourism, made a report on the first issue of the event's agenda. Oleg Pelevin, First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, noted the importance of meeting the indicators in accordance with the plans for the implementation of the national project. Recall that by the end of 2025, 2.9 million people were registered in hotels, sanatoriums, hostels and other accommodation facilities in Tatarstan.

Aleksandr Strom, Deputy Chairman of the State Tariff Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, delivered a report on the preparation of title documents for municipal property in the field of housing and communal services and their impact on tariff regulation. Following the report, the Deputy Minister emphasized the importance of measures necessary for the timely establishment of utility tariffs for 2027 and the elimination of identified violations.

The heads of the Executive Committees of the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan were instructed to ensure the transfer of heat supply, water supply and sanitation facilities in accordance with the procedure established by law.

The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, is recommended to provide methodological assistance to local governments in the preparation of relevant documents.

The labeling of products by means of identification was considered as part of the third issue of the agenda.

Linara Burkhanova, First Deputy General Director of the NPO MKK "Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan", Head of the My Business Center, made a presentation on the topic.

Following the results of the report, it was instructed to provide targeted information to businesses about the activities of the Labeling Support Center and about measures to allow enterprises to smoothly transition to new requirements.

"It is necessary to minimize possible business risks in terms of fines for violations, including by advising entrepreneurs, providing the opportunity to obtain the necessary labeling codes and go all the way under our supervision," the deputy minister summed up.

It should be recalled that in February 2026, the Honest Sign Business Support Center opened in Kazan, where entrepreneurs can get free consultations on registration in the labeling system, applying labeling codes, working with electronic document management and filling out the National Product Catalog.

A separate area is informing about government support measures, including subsidizing equipment and interest-free installments. All this will help to minimize business costs associated with labeling goods, consult on legal and technical labeling issues, learn about the fight against counterfeiting and the digital transformation of the business.

The project was implemented with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the My Business Center under the federal project "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiative", which is part of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
