In 2026, entrepreneurs participating in the SMO received about half a billion rubles of state support in Tatarstan

Following the results of six months in Tatarstan, about 500 million rubles were allocated to entrepreneurs participating in the SMO and their family members, as well as enterprises whose employees serve in the special operation zone, under business support programs. 

According to the special microfinance product "SMO Support", in the first six months of 2026, more than 60 applicants received support in the amount of over 280 million rubles. Another 175 million rubles were provided as guarantees for microloans. Under the preferential leasing program "Leasing support of the SMO", recipients have raised about 40 million rubles for the renovation or purchase of equipment, vehicles, etc. 

It should be recalled that the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with subordinate business support institutions, is implementing a set of measures within the framework of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy" aimed at helping entrepreneurs participating in their own business and their family members to open and develop their own businesses. As part of these measures, a range of financial and non-financial support programs are being implemented. 

Microfinance support is provided by a special product "SMO Support" in the amount of up to 5 million rubles at a minimum rate of 1% per annum. Under the terms of the product, a preferential loan for up to 3 years can be granted to companies established by the participants of the SMO or their family members. 

It should be recalled that this year the limits of financing for leasing products have also been doubled, including "Leasing support for SMO participants." The maximum amount under the program has been increased from 20 to 40 million rubles at a rate of 5% per annum for the purchase of equipment. 

In addition, a range of non-financial support measures is being implemented in the republic, including consultations, assistance in starting and developing your own business, developing a business plan, and others. 

The implementation of the SVOe Delo entrepreneurship training program is also continuing, which has already been completed by about 300 veterans and their family members. A number of its graduates have already launched their projects and are successfully developing their business.
